My kids and I enjoy this quick, spicy curry every couple of weeks. Usually pour it over a 1 cup serving of brown rice ... (brings the calorie count up to approx 305 cals) Very filling and I've always a serving or two left over that I can save for the following day. :)

Adapted from Hallelujah Acres Vegan Hummus - I omitted the 1 Tbsp Olive Oil and substituted the Tahini for the Almond Butter that is in their recipe. I also substituted Herbamare Organic Seasoning Salt for Celtic Sea Salt, increased the amount of Cumin that is in their recipe. I added the water also. I usually double this recipe.
