I made them in normal muffin pans and had to increase the cooking time to 30 minutes. Great site for little bites!
We love this pasta sauce at home! It's super easy, creamy, and versatile. You can add chicken or shrimp, but we choose not to since we are vegetarian. It really gives you that fulfillment of a creamy pasta without the extra calories and fat. You can use any kind of spaghetti sauce, but we've found prego to taste the best.

This recipe is from a vegetarian cooking class I took in Grafenwoehr, Germany. The original recipe called for mascarpone cheese rather than cottage cheese. I changed it to increase protein. The weights for ingredients are included to help standardize nutrition. The mozzarella cheese used was whole milk mozzarella. You can lower your calories and fat quite a bit by using part skim mozzarella.
Yummy! A small amount of turkey sausage adds a rich flavor. Spinich adds extra nutrition, and a mix of whole wheat and "regular" lasagna noodles helps ease your family into using more whole wheat pasta. Enjoy!
Easy to make. Quadruple & freeze if you'd like for lunches or dinners.
This low-fat, no sugar tomato and meat sauce is hearty and filling; spices can be adapted to your taste
Super yummy lasagna. Can be made with beef but has considerably less calories made with ground venison or ground antelope.
This low-carb pizza dough substitute takes the guilt out of eating pizza. This pizza is so good, you should probably make two if feeding more than 2-3 people.
