This is a recipe I came across while living in Italy many years ago. I have added some of my favorite vegetables to it to "beef" it up and make it more hearty. It is one of my family's favorites, great for a cold fall or winter night.

My take on pizza crust - yummy - freezes well as well - This is enough to make 2 large (16 piece) pizzas (more if making a really thin crust) I divide in half after its risen and wrap 1/2 in plastic wrap and freeze for a later time. To use later - thaw in fridge, and roll out.
More a technique than a recipe. This bread has tons of fresh garlic flavor and great crunch without any more calories than the bread itself! Plus, you can use your favorite whole-grain.
