These saucy wings require only 2 ingredients + cooking spray. 2 minutes of prep time and then some time in the oven - perfect for a busy night and so delicious! Plus they're low carb!
you can use this recipe for a muffin or bread / cake base and add flavours from there feel free to experiment with apples banannas sugarfree chocky etc i use it plain as rolls for burgers too.I also think its relatively low carb and probably gluten free too.
Lowish carb ravioli, regular ravioli can be upwards of 50grams of carbs per 100grams this recipe brings it down to 8 - 10 grams so is much better carb wise.
