I use my grill & my george foreman grill a LOT!! I also have very limited time to cook, like most people, and i like quick recipes!! This one will give you the flavors of a meatloaf, but in burger form...and fairly low in carbs, and if you pair it with something simple like some green beans cooked on the side, you'll be eating for less than 15 carbs!!
coconut milk and hershey's cocoa along with a couple of fresh eggs all whirled together in your blender. tastes like you are drinking an almond joy!!!! if you carry this for lunch, you could drink some for lunch and save a bit for later on for a quick snack!! i like to have either some broc/cheese or some brocolli salad along with the shake for my lunch :) very filling.
This is a nice "brown bag" lunch!! You can add a side of hot brocolli with cheese or some fresh crunchy raw veggies! Some almonds on the side are good, or chop and sprinkle on top and eat with the nut topping and a spoon!

This recipe is from Atkins for Life. The original recipe uses low carb tortillas but I cut them out and replaced them with egg whites. I also replaced scallions with green onions.
Spin off of the other egg muffin recipes but using a sausage that I found called Hormel Bacon and Pork Sausage. I know that 13 muffins is an odd number but I used regular sized muffin cups and that is just how it turned out.
I add a little protein powder to it cause that's how I roll. Sooo yummy for those on low carb diets.
I've been tweaking low carb waffle recipes for awhile and I finally settled on this. You can eat it plain or with your favorite sugar free syrup. Enjoy!
