This is my improvised version of a "free" South Beach Diet recipe that has no recipe. I am curious if you have a different way of preparing it.

2 pkgs active dry yeast
1 c warm water
1 c cold water
1/2 c old fashion oats
1 t salt
4 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
An easy and relatively quick dessert to make - freezes well and really just to get you over that "I need something sweet.....NOW" before you reach for the chocolate. Most fruits are interchangeable as long as they don't need cooking to softed as this way you keep all the nutrients and the natural sugars and colour
AN ideal thing for the morning - made in advance and can be popped in the fridge or freezer and taken out the night before or an hour or so just in time to defrost. Blasted in the micro or cold - nice and tasty and excellent for the low carb diet!!!
