This started as a recipe for make your own cereal; howver, it did not come out right. Not knowing what to do with the rest of the batter, I improvised and got this. My husband and daughter love it.

I just sort of made this up with things I had on hand and it turned out delicious. My girlfriend tried it and loved it, too. Great way to use those huge, ginormous zucchinis that get away from you in the garden.
If you really want something cold, creamy and yummy here it is.
I found a recipe years ago for spicy asian chicken soup, and loved it so much, but of course, you have to tweak it for yourself and the result is this great soothing soup to help you fight a cold or flu. I use canned veg to save on prep time when I'm not well

1C celery diced
1 onion diced
1 C mushrooms diced

TVP breakfast cereal. VERY close to oatmeal, which I absolutely love but watching carb intake. Ingredients can be adjusted according to personal preferences.
Muffins great for snack or side item. Very high in fiber. I have also subbed the vanilla flavor for lemon and it gives these muffins a "lemon poppyseed" taste.
