I wanted to use left over chicken for lunch and decided to make chicken salad but I ran out of mayo so I used the packets of left over chick fil a sauce and it was delish.
This is a simple but tasty dish, that children usually LOVE! You can reduce the fat and calories with low fat cheese and tuna casserole.
This recepie is a very much loved one in our wider family. My inlaws are completly unable to cook anything without spices, and this was the creation they came up with.
1.Empty the eggplant from inside and also the green pepper
2.Put the the tomato juice in bowl with salt and black peper till you feel it becomes a sauce then add the rice for 10 mins on the cook.
3. Then staff the eggplants and the green pepper with the ingredients.
4. Put the eggplants and the green peppers in a big pan and immerse them with the vegetable soup and a glass of water .
5. Let the cook to be at its low temprature and cover them with the pan's cover .
6. Donot open the cover except after 30 mins.
No of servings can be from 2 pieces to 3
This is a quick dish for a low-carb, protein-packed lunch. Great served on top of salad greens with raisins or your favorite nuts sprinkled on top.
throw everything in a pot and add seven or eight cups water. Cook 15-20 ;minutes. Season with herbs and a bit of salt and pepper. Place about half of veggies and broth in blender and blend. Then add back to pot.
