The rest I threw together. When my boyfriend that does not like tomato and avocado together, said it was his favorite vegetarian meal as of yet and wanted seconds, I though I'd share it. The nutritional info varies, so didn't list. The fat mainly comes from Mayo, cheese and avocado. The avocado is good fats though. If you change it any, feel free to add your own changes and share with us.
