A quick and easy side dish for your meal. I put it together one day when all I had available was some frozen corn and the spices in my pantry.

Receipe says it makes 36 but I don't have small muffin pans so I had 24 larger ones. They would look better baked in small muffin pans.
This makes a very large bowl of noodle salad, which tastes even better the next day!

You might want to be careful with the spices, because this can get hot if not careful. Slow cooking seems to do this, but it's a very yummy soup. Great with rolls and butter on a cold day.
