Add 1-2 tablespoons Jerk seasoning when sauteeing the onion and carrots -- it is not in the recipe calculator.
No noodles! Use homemade broth and don't skim the fat to give it more flavor

These Chaffle are great served in so many ways! As a bun for a sandwich. As a base with sausage gravy. In place of a bagel with cream cheese. The possibilities are endless!
Primal friendly (FULL FAT) ranch dressing preparation. This is also a great option for those who are living a gluten free or low carb lifestyle.
This chili is not for wimps! If you are looking for a mild, watered down chili, this is not the one! No! No! This chili is thick, spicy and delicious!

Delicious Spinach Salad with Fruits and Nuts, tossed in a Raspberry Vinaigrette.
This salad is one I created when I started a low-carb diet a year ago. You can cut down the carbs by lowering the amound of onions and peppers you use, or by eliminating the sour cream and amping up the salsa.
Anyway, I always crave fajitas, and this salad gives all the flavor without the calories or carbs you get in a tortilla.
Now that I'm not really counting carbs anymore I still love this salad because the flavor is so good, and it really doesn't take too much time to make. It's easy to double or triple when I have my husband or kids around, too, because it all cooks in the same skillet... and you can customize the amounts of cheese, salsa, etc., to each person's taste right in their bowl.
Easy to make, fully customizable, fairly small mess... sounds good to me.
made this recipe up, by reading other recipe's on sp. I cooked mine on 400 on the middle rack, but you may want to try 350.
You can cut/shred all your veggies ahead of time, just be sure to keep potatoes submerged in water once peeled or they will turn brown.
If you have leftover cabbage and carrots, toss them in a bowl with a pinch of salt and use your hands to knead the mixture, similar to making dough. Makes a great low calorie and fat coleslaw-type side dish to a meal.
This recipe is awesome! I've been asked soooo many times for this recipe by everyone that eats it. It's addicting! Enjoy!
