Brilliant for a chilly day, and just enough spice for a kick! This is a spinoff of a Weight Watchers recipe.
Because it's a bean soup, it is high in fiber and very satisfying. Most of the fat in this dish comes from extra virgin olive oil. I've reduced the amount of EVOO from the original recipe I modified. What remains is vital to cooking and emulsifying the texture in the end. This is a delicious recipe that tastes even better the next day or as leftovers. Adding a little crumbled Feta cheese and some diced Kalamata olives at the end to the bowl makes it awesome!
Cottage cheese and fresh green onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes make this salad a yummy healthy choice.
Easy to make creamy broccoli & cheddar cheese soup. Delicious the first day ... but even better the next. Serve with crushed crackers on top mmmm mmmm. Approximately 161 calories a cup.
This is packed full of good for you yumminess! I like to add a little sriracha sauce to my bowl for a nice kick.
THIS IS NOT MY RECIPE. It was created by J. Kenji Lopez-Alt over at seriouseats.com.

That's only 3 carbs per serving (about 10 wings).
Not bad at all!
This is a great dish for a cook out, picnic, potluck or as a side dish for dinner I make it in large batches because it goes very fast
I know that this isn't low fat or anything, but this is good for family gatherings. I'm trying different items to increase the healthiness. Any suggestions are always appreciated.
