A zippy, super-colourful coleslaw, perfect for those who are low-carbing or diabetic. One of my all-time favorites, especially with a blend of red and Savoy cabbage! "Cook" time is refrigeration time.
This salad dressing is perfect with a Strawberry Spinach Salad. It has a kick to it,, I bet it would even be good putting it on chicken. Don't ask me how but this dressing is only 4 calories a tablespoon, talk about Guilt Free!
This is from a recipe column in our local newspaper by Sue Doeden. Only change is that she uses mayo, Im using Miracle Whip light and I also changed out the sugar for Splenda.
A great refreshing salad. Serve it with some bread sticks and you have a great meal. Serving size is approx 1 cup.
YUM....easy for a potato soup. Add cheese, chives...whatever you like. this is done in under 10 minutes!!!
Quick lunch to increase veggies. I prepped a whole pack of dry garbanzo beans and stored in the refrigertor. Added from that, so lower sodium than the canned kind. Eat alone, or serve with a half a sandwich. This is more something that Sondra Lee would make, than Everil. Economical.
