Classic chicken noodle soup made easy by preparing it with rotisserie chicken meat and egg noodles (fresh are best). For a healthy take, use whole grain noodles (or substitute for low calorie miracle or shiritake noodles).
I've done this receipe with cottage cheese, but I didn't have any on hand today so I made it with greek yogurt instead and they turned out awesome! The kids loved these pancakes and they had no idea that they were healthy!
