Pasta, Ham, and Onion Casserole
Super hearty, tons of protein and vitamin C. This is a great fall/winter dish. Pasta, beans, peas, onion, diced ham, and cheese. It's kind of visually unappealing, but I think that's funny (I call it "Tan Casserole"), and my coworkers are always jelly when I have it for lunch.
