There are many ways to make this. you can use your favorite cheese, canned or fresh tomatoes. you can use the old el paso seasoning but the taco bell is better with the added chilli pepper and cumin. i have used buffalo meat in this recipe as well. If you have questions please email me on here. this may not sound like a diet food but you can change anything you like on this recipe. this is just the basic and you can add or take away anything. I will tell you this my Ex Mother in law and Ex Husband Wife has asked me for this recipe on different occasions. So have fun and make this your own.
