A slight variation on the sauce my grandma used to make. Of course it's not really authentic Italian (except for the cooking time, which my grandma would not have bothered with) because there is both onion and garlic in the same recipe, but I can't bring myself to leave either one out!
Our favorite Asian restaurant serves large servings of brown rice; we always bring at least half of it home and have fried rice the next day!
Not the most healthy dish, but if eaten in moderation with healthy sides, it is delicious! I refrain from french fried onions for the topper. We have enjoyed it in a whole wheat bulkie roll as a burger and as a meatloaf with baked potatoe and vegetable.

In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook the pasta to al dente and drain. Return to the pot and melt in the butter. Toss to coat.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and mustard. Stir into the pasta and add the cheese. Over low heat continue to stir for 3 minutes or until creamy.
Sprinkle with Panko and parmesan blend and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
