This is a lot better and more like my normal fat filled casserole.
You may add or delete spices but I love and use spices in all my food. Experiment with them.
I was going through the recipes on the site and LOVE2COOK had one that looked good, but I have never boiled anything, I bake. (I also grill when weather permits, but not the case today). It turned out okay and I will do it again.
great taste and a great fill-u-upper! with only 75.3 calories per serving... it cant be beat! it's cheap and easy to make... and my kids even liked it!
This is like a jambalaya, only seafood and it's delectable. It goes great with white rice and if you have any leftover (which tastes better the next day), you can enjoy it with some cuban bread. Believe me, the sauce tastes to good to throw away!
1. Heat oil in pan and add shrimp, ginger garlic paste, salt, and chili powder cook for 10mins
2. Add chopped onion, green pepper (1/2 of a green pepper)and tomato and cook untill veggies soft.
Nice a quick! Good for a snack alone with a dab of salsa or for a meal with a bun.
