I definitely recommend purchasing this particular brand of rice since it has the perfect amount of starchiness without being too sticky. Enjoy!

Shrimp chowder

Fry bacon, then crumble. Sauté onions, celery and carrots in grease until tender. Add fennel seeds and garlic and cook on low fit a few minutes. Add broth, potatoes and tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste. Cool until potatoes are done. Add shrimp and cook for 10 minutes. This is good as soon as you make it, but it’s much better the next day.
