My husband and I LOVE making sushi, and he has perfected it to the point where we don't even order it, he just makes it for us! I hope you enjoy this recipe as well. I definitely recommend purchasing this particular brand of rice since it has the perfect amount of starchiness without being too sticky. Enjoy!
Fry bacon, then crumble. Sauté onions, celery and carrots in grease until tender. Add fennel seeds and garlic and cook on low fit a few minutes. Add broth, potatoes and tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste. Cool until potatoes are done. Add shrimp and cook for 10 minutes. This is good as soon as you make it, but it’s much better the next day.

Yummy, easy, nutritious. Also add salt and pepper to taste. Chili flakes would be nice too if you like spice.
