Sauteed (Stir-fried) Squash and Bitter Gourd/Melon [literal english translation]
This recipe is the result of modifing others to make a waffle higher in protien and fiber for my family.
We like this waffle topped with berries or bananas and whipped topping!
Serve with Green Salad and Avocado, sweet potatoes, corn muffins and lemon pie.
Another combo for recording purposes - but also gets in those veggies & cheese for the calcium deprived ;o)
Also add spices of choice, I use cumin, Mrs Dash Spicy Chipotle, Mrs Dash Table Blend, Garlic, Onion Powder, Ancho Chili Powder, Chipotle Chili Poswer, Tumeric, Ground Coriander, Pepper (yup, no salt in this list! There's enough in the soup to fulfill your daily needs!)
