This is a variation on my original tuna salad sandwich recipe. This recipe does not include any egg and uses Wasa Fiber Rye Crispbreads, which make a good substitution for bread.

After deboning and removing skin and other non desirable stuff from the salmon there is about six ounces of product left, therefore the ingredient list says three servings of 2.2 oz, which is what is left in one 14 ounce can.
