I found this recipe on the Kraft site and omitted/changed a few things
Chop all the ingredients together into small pieces (except tortilla) and add mayo + salt and pepper. Spoon into tortilla and wrap it.

This recipe came from allrecipes. I substituted regular brown sugar with the splenda brown sugar blend. Came out great. Served with roasted red potatoes and asparagus. Took less than 1/2 for dinner.
