This is so easy and really tasty. I use elephant garlic instead of regular. You can also use more parsley in you want to.
We found these on the Starkist Tuna recipes site. I tweaked it to get less calories, and they turned out very well. We serve them with pasta and vegetables. Very filling and very good!
These are so simple and really give you a ton of protein without a bunch of other bad stuff! You can add any spices you want to it and I always put lemon juice on top of mine before I eat them.
Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl.
Fold in breadcrumbs and parsley to incorporate evenly.
Fold in crab meat.
Form into 4-6 patties.
Over medium heat, melt butter in skillet.
Fry crab cakes in butter for 4-5 minutes on each side.
This is something from Martha Stewart. You can change around the protein and the veggies. I have done chicken and squash, and that was really good as well. You can also throw in some saffron. Yum!
