This is a fast and simple alternative to the Tuna Noodle Helper Casserole. My kids love it. I came up with this on my own, after realizing how much SALT I was putting into my kids' bodies by doing the kitchen Helper meals... Not this recipe isn't perfect, but I think it is much better the the boxed stuff.

This recipe is doubled and the salt is ommited and paprika is used instead of old bay seasoning.
Low carb and very tasty. The whole family loved these little creations. Top them with some dill tarter sauce and you are good to go.
