This is a great way to start the day with something that looks sinful but is quite healthy. (You can trade the plain bagel for a whole wheat one and it becomes even healthier.)
Banana & chocolate, the perfect combination! Reminds me of those chocolate banana popsicles I had as a kid.
I'm lactose intolerant so these are made with soy milk and lightly spiced.
*** Please note calculations do not include sugar since I normally make a sweet blueberry sauce to compliment my crepes. Without some sort of topping these may be considered "bland" by some people's opinion.

Iwas looking to add more protien and fiber to my diet so I looked up Trail mix on different websites and got this. Its high in everything including calories so I use only 1/2 cup even though the receipe says 1 cup
