A basic sugar-free, low fat pancake, you could almost call them guilt free ;-) Topped with your favorite toppings makes a great dish for breakfast or snack. Try with sugar-free ice-cream and sugar free maple syrup for a treat you can't resist!
1 can Crescent roll
2. cream cheese/sourcream mixed
3. broccoli pieces
4. cauliflower pieces
5. Carrots silvers
6. red pepper pieces
1.Combine cooked rice, milk, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer and stir in the vanilla and raisins. Cook until just about all of the milk is absorbed (20-45 minutes, depending on how absorbent your rice is). Stir in cinnamon and/or nutmeg, if using.
2.Divide rice pudding into individual serving dishes serve warm or chilled
I put together this recipe to use use some ingredients I had before I moved. The muffins are a little dense, but overall quite tasty.
This is so yummy that its more like a pudding! I have one after a power workout but anytime is good as they are low carb but high protein so fill you up for hours!

You can tweek this in soo many ways - I've just submitted the basics to get you started. Do not over bake these. I've never baked them for more the 32 minutes. This recipes can be halved (9x9 pan) or doubled (10x15 pan) adjust baking times accordingly. Could substitute egg beaters for fresh eggs to save calories, not included in nutritional values.
This VERY tasty smoothie is great to strawberry lovers! Breakfast on the run...its low calories and packed with protein and good carbs. Kids love it, its sweet and looks like a milkshake!!
These are quick, easy and much cheaper than purchased bars. They have a cake like consistency. Two slices equals about one Clif bar. I use the bulk Whey Protein Isolate 90% from Bulk Barn
