I got this recipe from Lorna Sass - it's great when cauliflower is in season! I cooked mine a little longer to make it more of a side dish. Do less time in the microwave if you want it crunchier. M
This is the Nestle Toll House recipie,tweaked a liitle on the sugar,I use more brown and less white,(for chewier,almost carmelized,cookies) otherwise,it's the same.I make them with my 1 oz. scoop,that's how I get 70 per batch,and they only have 10 gr of carbs per cookie.
These cookies are quite good.They should be light golde brown when done.The brown sugar sort of carmelizes the rice krispies making you think you're eating toffee chips.It makes a very large batch,ir you make them at 1 oz. or 1 tbs. per cookie.the dough is quite soft at first,so you'll want to refrigerate it for a couple of hrs. before using it.They have only 9.3 carbs per cookie at this size.
This is a very tasty coleslaw.
Allow to stand in the fridge for a while to allow the flavours to infuse.
Will keep for a few days in an air tight container.
