Good source for a low carb diet

Very simple, classic, and CHEAP side dish! I like that the vinegar flavor does not stand out, but it keeps the dish fresh for a long time!

Thin Spagetti with olives, tomato and a mayo olive dressing.

This salad is filing and tastes great. Its a wonderful salad to bring to a picnic or bbq.

This is a very easy side dish to prepare when you're pressed for time and didn't plan anything. Just keep a few cans of assorted beans in your pantry and have some fresh produce on hand, including lemons or limes for the vinaigrette/dressing. Meat and cheese are optional.
