Use an infused vinegar like red wine, balsamic or fruit-infused. Top mixed greens.
Sizzling slices of steak top a bed of fresh spinach, sprinked with fresh blueberries, walnuts and tomato slices.
This salad is great by itself or as a topping. It is healthy and delicious!! I find that it tastes better when served after being chilled over night.
Cut all ingredients into small bites size pieces and mix together. Sprinkle feta and pepper jack cheese over salad. Add Dressing if desired.
