Yummy Summer Time salad of Garlic and Chilli (optional) Prawns, fresh avocado & rocket. Served with toasted french baguette (optional) toasted in olive oil rubbed with garlic. Super quick, super yummy, low in calories, happy healthy food.
Lovely spinach salad that is quick and easy. Just enough of the the good stuff to help fill up you up and feel satisfied. You can make minor changes to reduce the calories - our you can add egg to your liking.
