This is some really "whole grain" bread made with dark beer and spent grain left over from making beer - but you can leave out the spent grain if you don't have it -- add barley flakes soaked instead.

My mother-in-law makes the most glorious bologna salad! I request it from her every year on my birthday! Lol!

brown beef, mix with sauce once drained spoon on to bun and then sprinkle cheese let toast in over for 15 min at 300

This dough is mixed in a bread machine but baked in the oven. Nice crunch to the crust with a soft inside.
