This is the first thing my Mema (Grandmother) taught me to make. I believe I was 6 and it was my favorite. I hope you enjoy it as much as I still do.
This is a healthier take on one of my favorite appetizers. Those were made on crescent rolls. Eat a couple of these as a snack or for lunch with some leftover chicken. To save time, prepare cheese spread and veggies ahead of time and just assemble as needed.
This is very yummy and MUST be eaten before it cools down completely! If you'd like, you can add thin slices of tomato and a leaf of lettuce.
This is a great sandwich bread. Slice thin as it is a very dense heavy bread. If you can find the corn extract that is no carb that would be a great addition to this recipe and would make perfect low carb, gluten free, corn bread. The bread has the same texture as cornbread.

The oat bran and lecithin are optional. You can still make this recipe without them.
Also you can just use this recipe without a bread machine.
So easy! No cooking involved. Just mash the tofu and add your seasonings and olives and mix well.

** The magazine suggests using a rotisserie chicken. The nutritional value in the recipe is using boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Also, the recipe called for slider buns, so you can either use two small buns for one serving or one regular sized bun for one serving.
