Same as my other parmesan skillet, but with precooked brown rice, frozen broccoli and ground turkey.

Very similar to that famous seafood restaurant's biscuits. To make them even more similar, brush tops with melted butter & garlic before baking (not included in nutritional info). This is very similar to other recipes on this site, but I made some very small adjustments to the ingredient amounts and also made it a smaller batch.
You may substitute 1/2 of the flour with whole wheat pastry flour to increase dietary fiber.
