Kat's love of Kale, Cabbage and Sasuage in one! Slow cooked in a Crock pot for about 3 hours tops first hour on High then add Tomatoes and put on MED or low then add cabbage for last 1 hour.
The best thing about the slow cooker is that the timing does not need to be exact. 4-5 hours are fine. The important thing is to not overcook the cauliflower, unless you like it that way.
