Great grab and go breakfast. I love these on Sunday mornings to eat before church. It is a harder recipe, atleast for me! lol If anyone has any ideas to simplify it or make it healthier, that would be great!
This is an alcoholic shot that basically tastes like the filling on an Apple Pie. You can substitute light apple juice for lower calories if you can find it. I've also made this non-alcoholic as a drink which turned out really well.
Serve with cream cheese or butter. Or just plain with a glass of milk or hot tea. Delicious!
This could not be easier - dried fruit and nuts. food processor. that's it! No bake and no mess
This recipe was my Grandma's. She rolled it into a ball and rolled it in crushed walnuts before putting it on the table. I don't bother with the nuts. Also, one box of Ritz crackers (4 sleeves) is the perfect size for this cheese ball. Add more minced garlic if you like garlic. The cheese ball tastes better if you let it blend overnight in the refrigerator, but it can also be eaten after you mix it. :-)

I was looking for a grab and go snack that is healthy. And one of my SP friends (CBOCEAN) mentioned that she makes egg white muffins with veggies and freezes them. So this is a variation of her recipe.

Better than store-bought protein bars, these quick and easy peanut butter protein balls satisfy your sweet tooth like chocolate chip cookie dough but offer the perfect blend of protein and carbs you need before a tough strength-training session.
Pump yourself up with 2 of these balls and a glass of ice water 1 hour before your session and have the energy to make it through any challenge you set for yourself.
Your family will request these again and again!
