This is a high protein anytime snack. You will think you are really cheating. It is so rich. Try to use a fat free yogurt that has 7 grams of protein or more.
The recipe makes one serving, so you have your portion-control built right in and aren't tempted to have more than you should (that's an important factor to me). Of course if you have a family you want to feed breakfast to, you can make as many servings at once as you prefer.
I created this recipe because its sugar free and its diabetic friendly. Being on weight watchers and having to watch my points this alternative is only 4 points per splice, its low carb and sugar free

Since I've been introduced to Whey Low Sugar I am obsessed with baking everything under the sun with it. Finally a real low calorie SUGAR (yes SUGAR) that has no after taste and is great for baking.
The main thing is to whip eggs with sour cream or plain yogurt. Then pour that over any vegetable/meat mixture and let cook, covered, 20-30 mins. Voila!
