I came up with this while experimenting and trying to make a healthier version of French Toast. I usually cook by smell, taste, & texture, and not using exact measurements so you this may need some tweeking to suit you...have a photo somewhere, will add it soon.
A delicious pick me up or frozen treat. I add coffee granules but you can substitute PB2 powder or add it as well.
I just threw this together, as a part of my high protein diet, my first time using raw egg in something I wasn't cooking.
Okay, so honey isn't used, and it's a bit runny, but I love this dressing.
This is good for someone that has had the lapband and is in the soft food stages. It is also a hearty meal and keeps you full for a good amount of time. I did not use extra lean ground beef or low-fat or fat-free cheddar cheese which would make for a lower calorie value.
Use this blend on any "low and slow" kind of roast you are making! I add some red pepper flakes to give it a kick, but then again, I like everything spicy. Enjoy!
Cranberry-orange chutney and cranberry sauce, both with splenda, mixed together. The texture is awesome and it's delicious on everything from an omlette to steamed fish or chicken or turkey (of course!).
Beef stew done right! Makes enough for leftovers, which is when stew really begins to taste good.
