Rachel's Best for you blueberry smoothie
This was a recipe that I created and can also be found on my recipezaar account. If you aren't into blueberries, try organic frozen cherries!
This recipe fits in with Primal living - no processed chemical low fat junk. Just natural ingredients without all the additives.
Wild organic blueberries are jam packed with Vitamin K, Manganese, Antioxidants and anthocyanins. They have been shown to lower Cholesterol and are good for anti-aging.
Kefir has "several major strains of friendly bacteria not commonly found in yogurt, Lactobacillus Caucasus, Leuconostoc, Acetobacter species, and Streptococcus species.
