Very smooth, but next to no fiber.
Not a big fan of smoothies. I prefer to eat my calories rather than drink them. However I had some blueberries I needed to use so I made this. It was excellent.
Does this really have 90 g of carbs???
I'd throw in some spinach as well for added nutrition. Doesn't really alter the flavor, just the color a bit.
The Fiber is high, which should leave you feeling full a long time. I will try this one :)
