Vegetable Chili- You'll Swear There's Meat
This hearty chili is great any time of year and is fresh. Serve it with shredded lettuce, cilantro, avocado and lime. I ALWAYS use dried beans, but my measurements call for cooked (except lentils). Always season to YOUR taste. My measurements are only recommendations.
