If you're like me you love autumn pumpkin flavored drinks and eats...and you wish they'd stay around all year! Pumpkin is just too good to enjoy for a few short months, right? My solution is to make this nutritious treat of a green smoothie any time! Great for breakfast or anytime snack and done in 5 minutes or less -- you can't beat that!

Moist and delicious, this recipe uses only two ingredients. For a lighter flavor, use white or yellow cake mix. For a bolder taste, try chocolate!

This pie is so quick and easy, it even makes it's own crust!
Plus, it's low calorie & low fat, and tastes just as good as traditional pumpkin pie!
Like anything that I cook, I really don't measure. I apologize in advance, but I like to freestyle. This was my best attempt at remembering what I put in this dish. The measurement for the seasonings are NOT dead on. All I can say is that it was yummy and I am quite confident that you can tweak this to make it all yours. I don't like to use fat free cheese to compromise taste and add sodium, but it's all up to you.
