Here is an experiment with Indian spices and ingredients. This time with lentils.
This combination of vegitables can be flared up with Indian spices of Italian spices. It can also be eaten as is. This recipe is good with fish, eggs, chicken or on noodles!
I also add other spices: Red Cayene pepper, Chipolte chili pepper, ground black pepper and salt. This is a spicy vegetarian dish with a variety of beans. I mixed the beans ahead of time and couldn't find a mixture on the spark website, so I did my best to estimate.
Using LIght Mayo (1/2 the fat) and Fat Free Yogurt helps cut down on the fat content in this recipe. Try it with Whole Wheat Rotini for 22 less calories per serving, and a higher fibre and protein content.

This omlette is quick easy, low calorie and is delicious. You can go with the basics, egg, onion, pepper, salsa and cheese, or you can add other vegis like broccoli or mushrooms. Mmm good and very filling.
