This is made when I don't have guacamole, mustard, or mayonnaise. It's a lighter flavor but can but still tastes good!

This is best served on wheat toast with lettuce, tomato, and turkey bacon. Recipe taken from Rachel Ray's Deviled Guacamole Egg Salad BLT. I think next time, I will cut back on three of the six egg yolks.
