Ultra-healthy fitness breakfast smoothie
This delicious recipe has loads of nutrients, fiber, protein, and substantial calories for the fitness-minded person who needs a super-fast, on-the-go recipe. I use this basic recipe for breakfast almost every day and drink it on my way to work. I drink them from 32oz protein shake bottles, which also helps to keep them well in the fridge. Many times I make them at night and then I just grab-and-go in the morning. 10 seconds to the fridge to get breakfast that you can drink in the car. The picture is a modified version of this recipe.
