I started making this when my son was still at home because he would not eat regular meatloaf.

My husband loves this one. Its a keeper!

I can't remember the website that I originally read the recipe that inspired this one. I made some changes depending on what I had on hand. It has a wonderful flavor.

Cook this spiced-up meatloaf on a broiler pan so any excess fat can drip away. Line the bottom of the pan with foil for speedy clean up.

My roommate & I like spicy food, so we've spiced up an old favorite, meatloaf. We've also tried to make it healthier by using more vegetables, and lower fat meats.

Very tasty with spicey peppers and onion flavor and just a hint of sweet, Texture is firm but soft. It's like a party in your mouth.

This is a very easy recipe that can adapt well to whatever you have in the kitchen. The tomato sauce is spread on top. Can increase or decrease both tomato sauce and green chillis.
