Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was super good!! I added chopped yellow & red bell peppers & jalapenos, omitted the salsa & sour cream & used the Reduced Fat Cilantro dressing from Trader Joes. Also heated up some frozen corn & tossed in w/ the lite mexican cheese blend. Amazing! Will definitely make again!
