Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I cut the sugar to 1.5 cups and baked it in disposable tin foil loaf pans. It yielded three loaves, eight slices each, which brought the recipe down to 128 calories per slice. It was very good but a little dry. If I bake this again, I'd increase the applesauce by 1/2 cup.
