Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was PERFECT! I made half the recipe (but easy on the salt as the soup mix is salty) - I used broccoli instead of spinach because that's what I had in the house. I omitted mushrooms because my daughter doesn't like them. This is a perfect take and go breakfast for her as headed off to school.
I can't believe this is 2,000 calories per serving. I think there is an error with the caloric value.
