Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This recipe is very versatile. It can be modified many ways, and still be delicious. My family's favorite way is with ground beef and beef broth (of course this changes the nutrition info slightly). But the potatoes and cheese are an excellent foundation for this hearty casserole.
