This recipe was sooo good. I did add a few seasonings since I have to avoid salt. Served it with peas and cauliflower. Whole family enjoyed it!
Very, very good. This gives me room for the carbs in a bit of chili sauce topping!
I love meatloaf but haven't had it for long time because of using crackers or oats too many carbs but this was great i added salsa to the top before cooking and bacon
